Nearly every Tuesday at lunchtime during the Fall & Spring semesters, students, staff & faculty gather in the Faraday House basement kitchen to participate in Cookery Club: a gathering of food novices & aficionados alike.
Cookery Club aims to show students that great meals can be simple, inexpensive, and most important of all — DELICIOUS — when made at home! Over the semesters, we’ve seen many students make the transition from seemingly endless visits to the Tesco meal-deal counter to preparing wonderful meals at home.
Spring 2012 semester student Talya Sterling has put together the below cookbook of Cookery Club recipes from the past semester. We hope you’ll try making some of these scrumptious, easy, pound-saving meals at home!
