Over the past few days, students who had signed up for the Olympics walk on Sunday came in and cancelled as they had since been on the tour with their Olympics class. So I cancelled the guide. But I have since had a couple of people email me to ask about the walk, so I have spoken to the guide and those of  us who do want to do the walk on Sunday can join him at 1.45pm at Bromley-By-Bow station, NOT West Ham at 3:00pm. I will definitely be there so if you want to come, email me so I know to expect you  and can let the guide know that I have authorised your attendance but don’t worry about making a special trip to the office to put down a deposit – it’s a gloomy Friday and there’s a bus strike so although I am always happy to see you, you don’t need to come in and put down a deposit.

If you do want to join us on Sunday at Bromley-by-Bow please remember to plan your journey ahead of time! Go to www.tfl.gov.uk and remember that the journey times they give you don’t include getting to the tube station and waiting for/changing trains, so please slap on a few extra minutes!!
