Studying abroad can be a tremendously powerful experience in a student’s academic career and personal life, and with that in mind Connecting Our World has recently launched the 2011 Student Diplomat Video Contest!

Have you made a difference in the lives of others while studying abroad? Have you connected in a meaningful way with people and cultures in other countries? Have you built long-lasting friendships and mutual understanding through your actions abroad? If so, you are a “student diplomat.”

Show off your study abroad experience through the power of video to enter the contest. Enter by posting your video to YouTube by November 7 for a chance to win the grand prize of a $1,000 travel voucher courtesy of STA Travel and the title of 2011 Student Diplomat.
